Site Review

If you would like to have a piece of property evaluated for a septic system please fill out the Site Review Application form. You can download to print this form, fill it out and mail it to us along with the appropriate fee (see the fee schedule in the drop-down menu under Environmental Programs). If you would like to be present during the site review please put a note on the request so that we know to contact you to set up a time. Please review the Household Sewage Treatment System Procedures Booklet booklet prior to submitting request.

Evaluation of Existing System (Sale of Property/Refinance)

If you have an existing house and an existing septic system and need to have the system evaluated for the sale or refinancing of the home our department can do a Sale of Property Evaluation. Please note all instructions on the form and fill out as completely as possible.
