December 17, 2010 - If you were born in the state of Ohio getting a certified copy of your birth certificate has just become easier.  The Crawford County General Health District has been granted Statewide Issuance.  If you were born within the state of Ohio you can now come to our office to obtain a certified copy of your birth certificate.  The Health Department is located at 130 N. Walnut St., Bucyrus, OH.  Our office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays.  The cost of a certified birth certificate is twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
